Aston Martin DBS Vantage – 1971

Produced from September 1967 to April 1972 only 803 examples of the DBS were produced making them rarer than the DB5.

This original DBS Vantage featuring triple Webers is finished in Black Pearl with black Vaumol hide and black Wilton carpets throughout.

In 2006 a six-year full restoration was started by an Aston specialist, finished in 2012. The DBS was then purchased by the current fastidious owner who felt the work did not represent the quality he desired and commissioned Pugsley & Lewis to complete a further full body-off restoration from May 2013 to June 2016.

Notable enhancements include:-

Engine rebuild to 4.2ltrs to include gearbox rebuild

Full suspension and brake rebuild/upgrade.

Mileage upon completion was 28,478 and current mileage is 29,223 – only 745 miles completed since restoration.

The Pugsley & Lewis rebuild cost over £350,000

In stunning condition, this DBS is ready to be driven and enjoyed

£P.O.A.
