We produce many unique reproduction and upgrade parts in-house therefore have our own fully equipped Machine Shop, offering state-of-the-art technology, engineering excellence and exceptional facilities. These include:

CNC Machining – economically programmable for one-offs or small batch production

Reclamation of irreplaceable, corroded or damaged components

Manufacture of unobtainable components

Specialised components for road and race applications

• Crankshaft grinding & polishing
• Cylinder boring and honing
• Line boring of main bearing and camshaft housings
• CNC milling and turning to +/- 0.0005″
• Cylindrical and surface grinding to +/- 0.0001″
• TIG welding for repair, reclamation and strengthening of components
• Welding, bracing and re-machining of corroded and cracked cylinder blocks
• Manufacture of RSW developed components for Road and Race application
• Boring of 6 & 8 cylinder blocks to accept liners for the large capacity RSW conversions
• Manufacture of special components to customer requirements
