Neil became the Managing Director of the Company in May 2015. He played a significant role in the rebuild and operation of Lord Downe's DBR1 and Project 212 cars during the 1970s and 1980s. Additionally, he assisted in the preparation and operation of Lord Downe's Nimrod for the 1982, 1983, and 1984 Group C seasons.In 1989, he joined Richard at Proteus Technology, where he served as Crew Chief for the No.18 AMR1 during the World Endurance season. When RS Williams moved to Surrey, he helped Richard establish the Cobham operation.
Carol is married to Richard and has been running the Accounts Department since 1979, when she took over from Richard's mother. However, since May 2015, she has been less involved with the company and has handed over the running of the Accounts Department to their eldest daughter, Jacqueline Menzies.
Jacqueline is the eldest daughter of Richard and Carol, and she has been working for the company since 1998. Since 2015, she has been in charge of running the Accounts Department, liaising with Neil Thompson. Jacqueline grew up with Aston Martins, but her love for horses has led her to have a show jumping stable in West Sussex with her husband, Bruce Menzies.
