Produced from 1993 to 2000, the Vantage V550 only maintained the roof and doors from the earlier Virage model. Front styling was dominated by six headlights, a throwback to the DBS which displayed four and the ‘Bulldog’ which had five.
Only 239 ‘standard’ examples were produced and only 97 in LHD.
Announced at the 1998 British Motor Show in Birmingham, the Driving Dynamics V600 enhancement package included modifications to the engine (increasing output to 600BHP), transmission, suspension, brakes, exhaust, wheels and traction control.
The package cost was an additional £43,000 to the price of the standard Vantage
